November 23-27: Thanksgiving Break

January 4: School resumes

Where are you located?

The Academy is newly renovated building located at 51 State Street, Charleston, SC 29401, in the heart of historic downtown. Young students will have the opportunity to worship in the chapel and church on St. Philip's campus, study the art and architecture of the campus and city, and be immersed in the history that surrounds us. What grades will be offered for the 2026-2027 school year?

K5 - 5th grade will be offered for the 2026-2027 school year.
We will add a grade level each year until 12th grade.

Updated to include 5th grade on February 2026 due to high demand. Applications for all grades are live!

We are starting with K5 - 5th grade in our inaugural 2026-2027 school year. We will add a grade level each year until 12th grade.

What is the average class size?

Classes will be intentionally small, limited to 16 students per grade.

Are St. Philip's Academy students required to wear uniforms?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all students will wear uniforms each day of the week. Uniform ordering details will be provided to parents once their child is admitted.

How will pick up and drop off work at the new campus?

We have partnered closely with the City to develop a safe and efficient carline system. Detailed instructions will be shared with parents upon admission.
